When will I receive a new arrangement/plant?

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs.

What if I'm not home?

Our delivery service will leave your flowers/plants in a discreet location, weather-dependent. One of our staff members may call or text you if your order isn't handed to someone in the household directly on your delivery date. Be sure to coordinate with us regarding any specifics ie: gate codes, access points, etc.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure we will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

To make changes to your subscription plan orders, give us a call at least 2 business days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! Contact us at 916-447-2001, let us know the next best delivery date, and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at 916-447-2001 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.
