Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, our designers will do their best to recreate your vision. Always feel free to call or email to discuss.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient does no answer the door, our delivery driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot by the front door. If a delivery address is gated/we have no anccess to the door, we will reach out to the recipient to coordinate directly.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in Sacramento?
The short answer is Yes, we deliver to homes, hospitals, businesses, and venues across Sacramento. Certain hospitals, such as all Sutter locations, have a security protocol that prohibits deliveries. Please provide the full address and any delivery notes during checkout.
