Since Bloem Décor opened its doors in 2008, our gifted owner Liezet Arnold has made it her mission to make the world a little brighter through sharing the beauty of flowers. She’s no stranger to beauty. She was born and raised in Holland—famously known for, among other things, its tulip fields and other flower exports. Liezet made her mark on Sacramento eventually becoming an equal business partner in Fresh Cut Florist. Fresh Cut operated in two locations on K Street before Liezet branched out to open Bloem Décor around the corner at 1016 10th Street. Our motto is “Excellence and Quality Are in the Details.” This is written in our design studio and we hold ourselves accountable to meet or exceed that motto with everything that leaves our doors.
