All payments must be made in advance of delivery. 3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly. 4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges. 5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by holidays or circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries will be left at door if no answer is given, please coordinate with us directly if gate codes or access details are required. 6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made.
